GLOBAL MARTIAL ARTS ASSOCIATION

                                                   Revision Adopted by Majority vote on 03/03/2007

 

 

                          THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

 

1.    Must consist of an odd number of members, preferably no more than 9.

 

2.    This group is the only voting / decision making body of the GMAA.

 

3.    Majority rule applies to all governing of the G.M.A.H.O.F., including

 

     nominations, inductions, tournament, banquet and special awards etc.

 

4.    Only this board has the right to decline nominations and set rules and regulations for the organization, by majority vote.

 

5.    Only the Board of Directors can approve or disapprove of any new or future board members by majority vote.

 

6.    All voting and rule making is to be conducted behind closed doors with only the current Board of Directors present.

It is the Board of Directors duty to exercise authority over, control, rule;

 influence the action and conduct of; and to determine the path of the

 GLOBAL MARTIAL ARTS ASSOCIATION.
